Customs Charges

Each country has their own unique customs procedures and taxes or duties. Please understand your government may charge taxes on the items you purchase from us. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter.

 

Split Shipping

We can only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.

 

Back Orders

We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.

 

Lost/Damaged by post office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8 weeks for international), please contact us. We will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with Royal Mail. Thank you for your understanding with this.

 

Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges before we can send the package again.
