PawTection is like giving your dog a new pair of shoes. This carefully formulated balm creates a protective barrier for your pup's sensitive paw pads and from the environment. With this balm, there's no need to worry about snow, ice, extreme heat, or harmful pollens affecting Fido.

Distract, apply & reward!

Distractions are key. Using treats (peanut butter works great), applying right before mealtime, or following with a belly rub are positive, effective ways to allow time for the product to work it's magic!

Before applying any balm, clean up any excess dirt or debris evident around the area. 

Stick Application | Twist a small amount of PawTection or Paw Soother up from the stick and gently glide a generous amount of our balm directly over your dog's paw pads.

PawTection is best applied before going outdoors while Paw Soother is most effective when applied right before bedtime.

Pro-Pup Tip:
Many customers have used baby socks after applying balms to paws to prevent licking and to create an ultra moistrising environment for the paws to absorb the natural butters and oils.

WHAT IF MY DOG LICKS IT OFF?:

Natural Dog Company products are 100% natural, safe and edible. Primary ingredients include nut oils and butters, which can be appealing to dogs, so they may attempt to lick it off - which is perfectly normal! Our products will still work even if most of it is licked off. Though, for best results, we advise using distractions, such as treats or mealtime, to allow more time for the product to work it's magic!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY PAW SOOTHER?

The more often you are able to apply Paw Soother to your dog's paws, the better. We recommend applying at least 2-3 times per day - especially before bedtime. Once your dog's paws are healthy, you can reduce the frequency of applications and still maintain soft, smooth, healthy paws.

WHAT USES IS PAWTECTION RECOMMENDED FOR?

PawTection is best used for the following:

• HOT surfaces such as: pavement, sidewalks, gravel, rocks, sand, stone, concrete, decks, etc.
• Harsh elements such as: salt, ice, rough terrain, extreme temperatures, etc.
• Helps to reduces effects of contact with allergens, like grass, pollen, or mold..

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY PAWTECTION?

For best results, use PawTection before going outside. Reapply periodically when exposed to harsh conditions such as ice and snow and especially really hot pavement. Dogs feel pain on their paws!

PawTection is used as a preventative, while Paw Soother is used to moisturise exsiting dry paws.
