Easy to use. It makes an improvement. It’s excellent for protection before walks. I use the softener after washing her feet and they are overall a lot better.

Purchased because it's natural. Our 13.5 year old lab has rough patches on back pads and it's definitely softening them although we haven't been using it enough to know if it clears it completely yet.
